Your data is securely held and is kept confidential. Your data can be deleted at any time on request. Only data necessary to carry out astrological work is held. Further detail Data needed for an astrological consultation is date, place and time of birth and email address and contact number, and additional biographical detail, postal address and Skype contact may also be requested. All data is held confidentially. It is stored securely and never shared. Your chart will never be used publically for any reason, without your express and informed permission. Your birth data is archived securely within my astrological software for an indefinite period. This enables me to respond to further requests for astrological work as required. Printed or handwritten copies of charts, emails or information is held securely for up to ten years after our most recent contact to comply with professional recommendations and legal requirements. Emails are stored indefinitely on my computer. This enables email trails to be picked up to support future requests for work. Consultation recordings are deleted from the server seven days after the link is sent to you to download. Recordings are held securely for up to one year in my computer to enable later download if not carried out at the time and are deleted after download.
